If you do not have one of these versions please click on the browser you would like to download and the link will take you to that browser download site. For Internet Explorer select downloads on the left hand side, and then internet. You want to download at least Internet Explorer Service Pack 1. A MemberDirect® screen will appear that will prompt you to input a Personal Access Code. You may enter your five- to eight-digit TeleService® Member Access Code (MAC). If you do not currently have access to TeleService®, call your nearest branch of Lloydminster Credit Union and we'll gladly sign you up. There have been some questions regarding how to add bills to be paid online. Below are listed some examples of often used bills and what numbers need to be entered to pay them online.
If you have any concerns about adding bills onto your payee list please call the Member Contact Service Centre at 306-825-3301 or 866-825-3301 for support. Any search that the Credit Union must undertake because of an incorrectly entered account number will result in a $10 charge. For
